TEENS 13-17
State of Nature
Devised by Vincent de Repentigny, Maude Arès & Gabriel Plante
ABOUT
A participative theatre experience that questions how we construct societies.
Based on the myth of Robinson Crusoe, State of Nature is an interdisciplinary, interactive piece, performed on an inflatable sculpture. Devised by playwright Gabriel Plante, director Vincent de Repentigny and visual artist Maude Arès, State of Nature asks its teen audience to imagine what their ideal society would look like. Available in English and in French.
If you could construct a new world, would you re-create the society you already live in? Or would you imagine something new?
