REHEARSAL HALL RENTALS

Located in the Mile End, our rehearsal hall offers a spectacular view of the mountain. An excellent space which has been used by some of Montréal’s finest artists.
The room is split in two, with a concrete floor on one side and a Dance Floor installed on the other.
Rentals are available on a weekly basis. You may also choose to rent a series of full-days according to your schedule (minimum 6 days).
Dimensions: 50ft. x 24ft. x 11.10ft. high
WHAT'S INCLUDED

For weekly rentals, the space is yours for 7 days. No one else has access to it, so you are free to leave your equipement in the room.
If you are renting for non-consecutive days, the space must be cleared each time.

Rehearsals / Auditions / Development:
$500/week
$100/day for flexible bookings (minimum 5 days)
Classes / Workshops:
$600/week
$90/day for flexible bookings (minimum 7 days)

$800/week
$120/day for flexible bookings (minimum 7 days)

ACCESSIBILITY
​
The building has both personal and freight elevators, and the Youtheatre rehearsal space is accessible by two sets of double doors. The adjacent Youtheatre office includes one single stall gender-neutral bathroom, but is too narrow to be easily navigated with mobility aids. The Youtheatre office space is accessible by a single door.
